who we are
Black-Smith Enterprises is your one-stop destination for the highest quality in entertainment. BSE is well-established in film and stage production, and it is also a hub for book publishing, script-writing, and media training.
Established in 2004 by president and CEO Janaya Black after the release of her first novel, The Beaking Point, Black-Smith Enterprises began as an outlet for her to publish and market her work without having to traverse the main stream channels. After successfully establishing a respectable fan base with The Prison Chronicles book series, she then ventured into film production with her husband and partner Rockey Black.
Now solidified as a full-scale entertainment infrastructure, BSE has gone on to create and produce a plethora of feature films, shorts, and stage plays. Look for current projects such as Warrior Pride and I Am My Sister’s Keeper which are now available for your viewing pleasure on many digital media platforms.
